Recipient signs by drawing or typing on their device
Each recipient gets a unique review link by email. They open the agreement, tap the signature block, and sign — either by drawing with their finger or choosing from a set of signature fonts. No account or app required.
Record locks automatically when everyone has signed
As each required recipient signs, their signature — including a timestamp — is recorded on the agreement. When the last required signer completes, Foreman advances the record to Accepted and locks it. No manual step needed.
